The Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Barr. Tony Nwamuo has penned a goodwill message to People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Ukwa Federal Constituency flagbearer, Sir Chris Nkwonta on his birthday celebration.
The legal practitioner who described Chief Nkwonta as a rare gem and an achiever, added that he is worthy of celebration having excelled in critical sectors of the country.
