Liverpool kept their title hopes alive after demolishing relegated Huddersfield 5-0 at Amfield. This victory takes them top of the EPL table atleast until Manchester City take on Burnley. The pressure is now on Manchester City to win as failure to get all three points will see the Reds remain on top of the table.
Naby Keita put the home side in front just after 15 seconds when he swept a close-range effort into the bottom-left corner.
Mohamed Salah who assisted the first goal scored the third goal after Sadio Mane had doubled their lead.
After the break, Mane and Salah scored a goal each to complete the routing.
Their next league game will be away at Newcastle on May 4.
