The Chief of Staff to the Governor of Abia State, Pastor Caleb Ajagba, has commended Abia youths for their commitment, creativity and support for the transformation agenda of Governor Alex Otti.
Pastor Ajagba gave the commendation, on Tuesday at the Government House, Umuahia, when he received the Contact and Mobilisation Sub-Committee for the proposed Enyimba City Youth Five-Hour Marathon Praise, led by the Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth, Comrade Onyebuchi Chukwu.

The Chief of Staff who described the youths as critical drivers of the Otti led administration’s successes noted that the energy, focus and innovative ideas being demonstrated by young people in the state have continued to add immense value to the present administration.
Pastor Ajagba stated that the proposed marathon praise programme goes beyond mere entertainment, noting that it as a spiritual exercise aimed at invoking divine grace and sustaining the progress already being witnessed in the state.
The Chief of staff explained that the current atmosphere of celebration and thanksgiving in Abia is evidence that the people are rejoicing under righteous leadership.
He further expressed confidence that the five-hour praise programme, which carries significant spiritual symbolism, would usher in greater victories and unprecedented transformation for the state ahead of 2027.

Pastor Ajagba further assured the organisers of the government’s support and expressed optimism that Abia would continue to emerge as a model of progress and pride across the nation.
Earlier in his remarks, the leader of the delegation and Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth, Comrade Onyebuchi Chukwu, said that Abians were pleased with Governor Otti’s transformative strides across the state.
He added that the delegation came to intimate the Chief of Staff on the proposed Enyimba City Youth Five-Hour Marathon Praise, scheduled to hold on the 25th of this month at Ogbonnaya Onu Polytechnic, Aba.
The visit which featured the official presentation of the event’s customised T-shirt and cap to the Chief of Staff, had in attendance the immediate past Labour Party State Chairman, Sir Emmanuel Oti.
