A vibrant politician and a philanthropist par excellence, Dr. Chima Anyaso, has described the media as a very important part of the government, which should not be toy with.
Speaking in Umuahia, Abia State Capital, Saturday, during the 2024 Abia Media Day, Anyaso who appraised the agenda setting power of the media, pointed out whatever the public hears from the media is “what we believe and we are relaying on the media to give us the news as it is”.
Anyaso, who also touched on the theme of the event, “Celebrating the voice of Abia, Empowering the future of media”, appreciated the roles played by the media which has succeeded in shaping the society.
