The Flying Eagles of Nigeria qualified for next year’s U-20 Africa Cup Of Nations after thrashing Mauritania 6-1 on aggregate.
The Nigerians failed to qualify for the 2017 edition that took place in Zambia and therefore could not qualify for the 2017 U-20 World Cup.
The 2019 U-20 AFCON will hold in Niger Republic between February 24 and March 10, 2019.
The top four teams of the tournament will represent Africa in the 2019 U-20 World Cup that will take place in Poland.
