According to a report published by talkSPORT, Manchester United could be set to swoop for Tottenham defender Danny Rose in January.
Rose maybe keen to move on at this stage of his career and caused controversy during the summer when he claimed that he felt that Spurs players were underpaid and that he was open to leaving the club if he could join a team who could win trophies.
Rose has been on the sidelines since January but is expected to return to action this month.Prior to his injury, he was widely considered to be one of the best left-backs in England, but Ben Davies has done a good job of deputising.
TuttoMercatoWeb have added that Chelsea are also keen on signing the player, though it is United who are the front runners at this stage.
