EPL: Man City Win As Liverpool Extend Lead

Wobbling Manchester City finished the year with a crucial 2-0 victory over Leicester City at the King Power Stadium. It was a sweet end of the year performance in Pep Guardiola’s 500th game in charge of Manchester City and their second win in 10 games.

In other matches played today, Chalobah and Eberechi Eze scored as Crystal Palace came from behind to defeat Southampton 2-1 as Everton were beaten 2-0 by visiting Nottingham Forest.

Fulham and Bournemouth settled their encounter 2-2. It was the same score line between Spurs and Wolves.
