Nigeria’s Ambassador-designate to the Kingdom of Spain, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, has expressed appreciation to the Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, for his congratulatory message following his recent appointment.
In a statement issued by his Media Adviser, Enyinnaya Appolos, Dr. Ikpeazu thanked the governor for the goodwill extended to him on behalf of his family, the government, and the people of the state.
He described the governor’s message as a reflection of the enduring spirit of statesmanship and the shared commitment of leaders—across different administrations—to work together in the service of the state and the nation.
Dr. Ikpeazu also assured the governor and the people of Abia State of his dedication to the responsibilities of his new diplomatic assignment. He pledged to discharge his duties with diligence, patriotism, and a strong sense of duty.
According to him, he remains committed to advancing Nigeria’s interests while promoting constructive diplomatic engagement that reflects the nation’s values, aspirations, and development potential.
Ikpeazu was recently appointed as Nigeria’s Ambassador-designate to the Spain by the Federal Government.
