Workers’ Day: Anyaso Hails Workers, Pushes for Results-Driven Culture

Abia-born businessman and Labour Party chieftain, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, has urged Nigerian workers to move beyond rhetoric and embrace decisive action and accountability as the nation marks Workers’ Day and enters a new month.

In a statement themed; “Time to Accelerate,” Dr. Anyaso paid tribute to workers across various sectors, describing them as “patriots in work clothes” whose daily sacrifices continue to drive national development.

The Chairman, Cadees Group, also commended those who have remained consistent in their duties since the beginning of the year despite economic and social challenges, noting that resilience and commitment remain key drivers of personal and national progress.

According to him, motivation alone is not enough unless matched with intentional and practical action that delivers measurable results.

Dr. Anyaso also emphasized the importance of accountability in leadership and governance, stressing that true progress is not achieved through rhetoric but through sustained effort and responsible service delivery.

He prayed for strength, wisdom, and favour for workers across the country, while wishing them continued progress and success in their various endeavours.
