The United Friends for OFUJI, led by Hon. Jonah Mba, has reaffirmed its support for the Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chima Anyaso, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The group made its position known on Sunday, September 14, 2026, when its leaders and supporters from Bende North and Bende South paid a solidarity visit to Anyaso.
Mba, who led the delegation, pledged the group’s commitment to mobilising support for Anyaso across the constituency, while expressing readiness to collaborate with other supporters of the OFUJI campaign.
Responding, Anyaso thanked the group for the visit and described its solidarity as a reflection of the growing support for his candidacy.
He urged the members to remain united and focused, stressing the need for sustained grassroots engagement to secure victory for the Labour Party in Bende and across the elective positions in the constituency.
