The Peculiar Diamond Montessori Academy, Umuahia, has celebrated the first birthday of little Miss Kamsiyochukwu Zara Peters, who clocked one year, on Wednesday.
Miss Peters of a daycare class is the first pupil of the 10-month-old school to celebrate a birthday with her schoolmates in the school.
Speaking during the birthday celebration, the Propiretoress of the school, Rev. (Mrs) Lizzy Ogala said that the school was elated to celebrate little Miss Peters, who she said was enrolled in the school when she was barely four months old.
Rev (Mrs) Ogala thanked God for His immeasurable grace on the celebrant who she said has enjoyed divine good health, impressive physical growth, and is exhibiting academic intelligence.
She said that since her enrollment, Miss Peters has never experienced any health challenges, a clear indication of adequate care in the school.
The proprietress of the school joined the celebrant’s class and other schoolmates to pray for God continued blessing, grace, and mercy on Miss Peters.
The pupils sang joyful birthday songs and joined little Zara in cutting her birthday cake.
