Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Akwa Ibom State Chapter has joined Millions of Nigerians to congratulate the First lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu on her 66th birthday anniversary.
The State Coordinator of the organisation, Obong Prince Ikim, in a statement in Uyo Monday described the first lady as a “woman of grace, impact and distinction,” while commending what he described as her commitment to improving the welfare of vulnerable Nigerians.
Ikim expressed awe in the nationwide reach of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), especially its positive impact on women, youths, children and vulnerable families,
The group noted that the RHI operates across the six geopolitical zones and the 774 local government areas, with programmes designed to support households and communities facing economic and social challenges.
According to the statement, “women and young people have remained major beneficiaries of the First Lady’s empowerment interventions, alongside children and families requiring social and humanitarian support.
“The programmes have provided a platform for addressing areas of need beyond conventional political activities, particularly through interventions in livelihood support, healthcare and education.”
The birthday celebration also attracted a personal tribute from President Bola Tinubu, who described his wife as his “truest friend and confidante.”
The President recalled her patience, courage and support throughout their years together as he celebrated her 66th birthday on Monday.
