The Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima, on Thursday joined the Honourable Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, fnipr, and other top government officials at a special Juma’at prayer held in Abuja to commemorate Nigeria’s 27th Democracy Day anniversary.
The prayer session, observed on June 5, 2026, provided an atmosphere for thanksgiving, reflection, and supplication for continued peace, unity, and democratic progress of the nation.
Dignitaries offered prayers for national stability and strengthened democratic governance, emphasizing unity in sustaining Nigeria’s democratic journey.
