EPL: Liverpool Crush Spurs to Remain Top

Liverpool will remain top of the Premier League into the hectic festive fixtures as they defeated Tottenham Hotspur 6-3 in one of the Week 17 matches of the English Premier League.

Chelsea were expected to leapfrog Liverpool, at least temporarily, but the Blues failed to defeat Everton at Goodison Park, as the game ended goalless, leaving Liverpool on top, even before their clash with Spurs. With this victory, Liverpool are now four points clear, with an outstanding match.

Liverpool scored three goals in each half, with Luis Diaz, Mac Allister, and Szoboszlai scoring before the break.
