Emetu Celebrates Akomas at 66, Hails Contributions to Abia, Nigeria
The Deputy Governor of Abia State, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu has congratulated the former Deputy Governor of the state and National Chairman of the Forum of Former Deputy Governors of Nigeria (FFDGN), Dr. Chris Akomas, on his 66th birthday.
Emetu, in a birthday message, described Akomas as a distinguished public servant whose contributions to the development of Abia State and Nigeria remained remarkable.
The Deputy Governor commended Akomas for his contributions during his tenure as Deputy Governor of Abia State, as well as his continued commitment to public service.
According to Emetu, Akomas’ leadership of the Forum of Former Deputy Governors of Nigeria has provided an avenue for former Deputy Governors to bring their experience and knowledge to bear on issues of governance and national development.
He said the experience of former public office holders could contribute to strengthening good governance and promoting sustainable development in the country.
Emetu prayed God Almighty to grant Akomas renewed strength, wisdom and good health, while blessing him with many more years of impactful service to humanity.
He wished the former Deputy Governor a joyful 66th birthday celebration and continued success in the years ahead.
