The Chairman, CAADES Group and an aspirant for the Bende Federal Constituency seat under the Labour Party, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, has expressed gratitude to God, party leaders, supporters, and family members as he officially moved to pick up his nomination forms ahead of the 2027 elections.
Anyaso popularly known as Ofuji, described the moment as a special milestone, attributing the journey and opportunity to the grace and preservation of Almighty God.
The Abia-born businessman also appreciated the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, for his leadership, support, and encouragement, while thanking the leadership and members of the Labour Party for their confidence in him.
He further expressed gratitude to the people of Bende Federal Constituency for what he described as their continued trust, love, and overwhelming support over the years.
He equally acknowledged the support of friends, political associates, and family members who have stood by him throughout the journey, with special appreciation to his wife for her prayers, encouragement, and unwavering support.
Reaffirming his readiness for the task ahead, the Labour Party hopeful assured constituents that he remains fully committed to offering purposeful representation and quality leadership.
According to him, the aspiration represents “a dream whose time has come,” expressing confidence that with God’s grace, nothing would hinder the realization of the vision for Bende Federal Constituency.
He declared that the moment marks a new chapter for the constituency, stressing that “this is Bende’s time.”
