The Acting Transition Committee Chairman of Aba North Local Government Area of Abia State, Hon. Mrs. Joy Iwuchukwu has assured that the Palliative materials given to them would be shared to the grassroots both women, youth and less privileged at the local government levels in accordance with the directives of the state governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu.
Hon. Mrs. Iwuchukwu who gave the assurance shortly after receiving the fifth trench of palliative materials donated to Aba North LGA as part of the ongoing Government palliatives to communities in the 17 LGAs held at the office of the wife of the Governor, Government House, Umuahia assured that they would do the needful by ensuring that the items gets to the most vulnerable groups in the Councils.
The Aba North LG Chaiman commended the COVID-19 enforcement team set up by the governor for the success recorded so far in Abia state.
Hon. Mrs. Iwuchukwu appreciated the state Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu and his wife. Mrs Nkechi Ikpeazu for what they are doing for the state and prayed God to continue to bless them more abundantly.
