The couple’s journey to this moment has not been without challenges. In 2020, they experienced a heartbreaking tragedy when they lost their son, Ifeanyi. However, they showed immense strength and love for each other throughout their trying times.
On a bright note, in January 2023, Davido and Chioma formalized their union through a traditional marriage ceremony. Chioma’s kinsmen from Ezeala Odu, Owerre Nkwoji, in Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State, hosted the Adeleke family, Davido’s family, at Chioma’s family home in Lekki, Lagos, where the traditional wedding took place.
