A foremost Ndoki group; Unity Club Ukwa-East has declared support for Hon. Lewis Obianyi candidature.
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) flagbearer for Ukwa-East State Constituency in Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Lewis Obianyi who received the Local Government and ward Executive members of Unity club Ukwa East chapter in his house, in Azumini Ndoki, Ukwa-East LGA, promised not to let the group down when elected into office.
Represented by Barr. Israel Bethel, the former Ukwa-East LG boss, thanked them for their unique love and passion to make out time in their tight schedule to visit him.
Speaking earlier, the former Deputy Speaker, Abia state House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emeka Stanley and the founder of Unity club thanked Hon Lewis for giving them the opportunity to be with him.
Hon Stanley who described Hon Obianyi as a super candidate and a vibrant young youth with the potentials added that Obianyi has the required experience to represent the good people of Ukwa East State Constituency in Abia House of Assembly come 2023.
He also stated that Hon Obianyi has been one of the pioneer members of Unity Club and today the candidate of PDP in Ukwa East for state Assembly.
Highlight of the event was the moving of motion by Chief Remond Omoni, declaring their support and adopting Hon Lewis Obianyi as their candidate for Abia House of Assembly and was seconded by Mrs Joy Iwuagu from Ikwueke East ward.
