I’ll Read Your Mails, Answer Your Calls, Reply Your Messages-Johnson Tells His Constituents, As He Sends ‘Thank You’ Note To Ndi Isuikwuato

THE Member representing Isuikwuato State Constituency, Hon Lucky Johnson, has told his constituents that he will run an open channel for daily conversation with them.

In a ‘Thank You’ message to his people, the newly sworn-in member of the 8th Abia House of Assembly said his constituency office would be equipped with modern communication gadgets capable of
receiving and transmitting information in real time.

According to him, the office would be alive to its duties, as an open channel for daily conversation with his constituents on matters of individual or collective importance. He said he would constantly read their mails, answer their calls and reply their messages within available opportunity to do so.

The Isuikwuato Lawmaker stated that he is ready to bring elusive radical change and as well, show how proper representation ought to be. “In this journey, it shall be “we” and not “i”. My doors shall be open to you all. My ears shall be open to listen to you and my shoulder will be ready to bear your problems to the best of my ability.

He stressed that he did not venture into politics for personal aggrandisement, rather, to render more and extensive assistance to the people of Isuikwuato, beyond his personal endeavours over the years, through his outreach of touching the lives of the poor, needy, the sick, students, and the old people, adding that If he had done greatly as a private individual, then with government support, he would do better.

Hon Johnson, however, stated that his legislative agenda would be centered on giving back to the good people of Isuikwuato Local Government Area and also keeping faith with his campaign promises, noting that he would sponsor bills and move motions that are of particular interest and benefit to the people of Isuikwuato and Abia State in general.

“I am representing the entire good people of Isuikwuato State Constituency, regardless of party affiliations. Politics is over, now is the time to work for my people. In my duties to you, I am going to be blind to political party but will see everyone as stakeholders in the Isuikwuato project.

“Once again, I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the mandate freely given to me to represent you at the Abia State House of Assembly. I have transitioned from member-elect to full member of the House.

“My appreciation is endless, which I will most definitely express not just in words and speeches but in deeds. I have volunteered to be the voice that will speak for my people, drawing attention of your needs to the state government. I shall work relentlessly in that regard”, he assured.

Meanwhile, the Lawmaker while applauding his constituents for their goodwill, assured them that their voices would be heard, their concerns taken to the doorstep of where it would be solved and their share as a people would not elude them, stating that he would not relent until their roads are given executive attention. “I will not rest till major projects are brought to our Local Government. I will not rest till our collective good as a people is better”.

He equally pleaded for their unflinching support and urged them to remain patient with him.
