FIFA CLUB WORLD CUP: Kashima Antlers Want A Revenge On Real Madrid

Asian champions Kashima Antlers are relishing the opportunity to meet European Champions, Real Madrid in the second Semi-finals of the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup.

Both teams met in the 2016 finals in Japan. Kashima Antlers were leading the Los Blancos 2-1, before Cristiano Ronaldo grabbed a hat-trick to defeat the host 4-2.

Kashima Antlers’ Shoma Doi told FIFA.com that they are going to approach the game with a giant-killing instinct, “Their achievements in the past show just how big the club is. We’re obviously challengers against them and we’ll be going into that game challenging for a giant-killing.

“We’re delighted to play against them again. We want to surprise them and we’ll be at our best.”
