The Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja, was filled with energy and solidarity as thousands of women gathered for the National Women’s Mega Empowerment and Rally 2026, themed “The Power of 10 Million Women.”
The Rivers State delegation was led by the wife of the state governor, Lady Valerie Fubara, who mobilised participants under the banners of Rivers Women Unite For SIM and Renewed Hope Women of Faith.
The event drew women from across the country in a strong show of unity, empowerment, and political engagement, with participants expressing support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The rally underscored a collective call for greater inclusion of women in national development and sustained collaboration across regions.
