2023 Presidency: Nigeria Requires Courageous Leader To Salvage The Country Says Ikpeazu; Decries Present State Of The Nation

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has decried the  socio-political and economic challenges facing Nigerians under the present APC  adminstration saying the country requires visionary and courageous leaders to salvage it from the doldrums.

Governor Ikpeazu stated this at his Umuobiakwa Obingwa LGA country home when he received a PDP Presidential aspirant and Governor of Bauchi State,Sen. Bala Mohammed who was in the state to solicit support for his Presidential ambition.

He said: “Nigeria is in dire stress now. If you are confused about how difficult times are now, tune in to your radio or television, you will see poverty, anguish, anger and frustration and it is more difficult to find one thing working”.

Ikpeazu however said that for the country to survive at this time, citizens must pursue a collective interest rather than that of self.

He described Senator Bala Mohammed as a stabilizing factor among PDP Governors as well as a peaceful and experienced leader who has contributed immensely to the growth and development of the society adding that the PDP family is proud to have senator Mohammed in its fold.
