Victor Okoji of the BCA chapel of the the Nigerian Union of Journalists,Abia State Chapter, has emerged as the new chairman of the union in the state, having defeated his rival in a keenly contested election.
Mr Victor Okoji Ndukwe pulled a total number of 55 votes to defeat his closest rival that pulled 29 votes.
