Wife of Abia Governor Mrs Priscilla Otti (C) addressing SDA church Umuoriehi
The wife of Abia state Governor, Mrs. Priscilla Otti has assured the women ministry of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of her immense support in the propagation of the gospel to the rural areas of the state.
The Governor’s wife gave the assurance at the presentation of a customised uniform for the women ministry of the church at Umuoriehi District in Umuahia North Local Government Area of the State.
Mrs. Otti, expressed her delight at the devotion of the women ministry of the church in taking the gospel even to the remote part of the state.
According to her, ” while I am here to celebrate the launch of the women ministry uniform, I am also here to say thank you for all your prayers and support to the administration of Governor Otti in Abia state”
“This administration is here to change the narratives and to prove to nay sayers that a new Abia is possible, so I encourage all to do the right thing so that the state can grow and takes it place as the number one state of the federation” she said.
I have also taken note of your request, while I will support in the sponsorship of women to the forthcoming conference in Babcock university in Ogun state, other needs would be looked into as it concerns propagating the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Earlier, the project leader, Umuahia District of the SDA women ministry, Mrs. Priscilla Ogidi, said that the uniform will make them to be easily identifiable as they propagates the gospel, reaching out to those even in the remote areas with the message of the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
