Gov Fubara Decorates ADC, Camp Commandant With New Ranks

…As CP Eulogises Officers

Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara was on Monday joined by the Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Tunde Disu to decorate his Aide de Camp, Mr. Barnabas Iwuji and the Camp Commandant, Government House, Mr. Adonoja Simon Onoja with the ranks of Superintendent of Police.

The duo who were recently promoted by the Police Authority were decorated amidst families, friends and well wishers

Speaking to the press shortly after the decoration, the Commissioner of Police, Rivers State Command, Mr. Tunde Disu commended the officers for their dedication and commitment to protecting lives and property in the state.

He particularly noted their serving in places of respect which the government and the police authority have found them worthy to be promoted.

The newly promoted officers Mr. Barnabas Iwuji and Mr. Adonoja Simon Onoja expressed gratitude to the governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara and the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Tunde Disu for finding time to decorate them with their new ranks. They were elated by the promotion and appreciated the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Kayode Egbetokun for the honour done them.
