Abia Lawmaker, Erondu Jnr Approves Free JAMB Registration For 120 Students

The member, Abia State House of Assembly (ABHA) Erondu Uchenna Erondu Jnr has approved free Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) registration for 120 Students from Obingwa West Constituency.

The Uhie-born legislator in a Press Release from his Media Office and made available to newsmen, noted that the harsh economy is having negative effects on parents, thus; making most indigent students unable to enroll for JAMB examination.

The Chairman, House Committee on Public Service, ABHA who further disclosed that the exercise would enhance Human Capital Development in his constituency, called on the beneficiaries to show commitments by taking their studies seriously.

The release further advised applicants to ensure they possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN) and also generate a JAMB profile code (Send ‘NIN’ then space and 11-digit NIN number, send to either 55019 or 66019, e.g. NIN 00123456789 ) to complete the registration process successfully.
