In a recent development, the Rivers People Mandate has brought to light the alleged plans of the faction led by former Speaker, Rt Hon Martins Amaewhule, to defy a standing court order. Despite a valid court directive restraining all parties involved in the Rivers State House of Assembly (RSHA) matters, Amaewhule and his cohorts are reportedly plotting to reconvene, risking contempt charges.
