Mrs. Dorathy Kimbo Uchegbu, has been appointed as the Secretary, Ukwa East Local Government Area.
Speaking with our correspondent, Mrs Uchegbu who expressed joy on the appointment, thanked Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and his wife, Deaconess Nkechi Ikpeazu, for finding her worthy for such revered position.
The Azumini Ndoki-born woman pledged her unalloyed support to Abia state governor,adding that she will bring her wealth of experience to bear as well as live up to her billings.
She promised to work harmoniously with workers of the council and carry other women along in the affair of the state.
The new SECLOG further expressed the readiness of women,youths and men in securing victory for the Abia State Governor ,Dr Okezie Ikpeazu,and other PDP candidates in the forthcoming general elections.
