Your accusation is fallacious, grossly misleading- Okorocha tell Ihedioha

Imo state governor-Rochas Okorocha has dismissed as fallacious and grossly misleading, allegations by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state that he withdrew N17 billion from the coffers of the state and auctioned a number of official vehicles at give away prices.

He boasted that his administration is neither indebted to any bank, contractor nor civil servants even as he dared individuals with contrary views to come up with cogent verifiable facts within 7 days.

The governor who gave the clarification while addressing newsmen at the government house Owerri during which he enumerated some of this achievements castigated the state governor-elect chief Ihedioha for alleged campaign of calumny and character assassinating against him, saying that he started with cheap blackmail and would in like manner end up like that.

“I hope Imo will carry the wage bill of Ihedioha’s 140-member- Transition technical committee and I expect any in coming government in the state to emulate me instead of castigating me unnecessarily. I built 464 schools in INEC wards, close to 1000 to 2,000 projects not yet commissioned. Let any in coming administration strive to beat  my record.

The Governor boasted that he was and still remains a successful business man and challenged some people to go ahead in their noise making and frivolous petitions against him.

He also dared interested indigenes of the state to trace any where in the world where he stashed public fund or property for personal aggrandizement saying “those who write petitions against me will look funny at the end of the day because they will not find anything incriminating against me”, he concluded.
