The Black Queens of Ghana are through to the semi-finals of the ongoing WAFCON where they will take on the host Morocco after they defeated another North African team Algeria in the quarter-final played at the Berkane Stadium.
The encounter which went into penalties after full and extra-time had ended goalless saw Ghana win 4-2 after Marine Dafeur and Ines Bellloumou missed their spot kicks.
The Black Queens will have a bigger test when they confront host Morocco on Tuesday at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat for a place in the final.
The Atlas Lionesses defeated Eagles of Mali 3-1 to reach the last four.
