UEFA Champions League: Newcastle United thrash PSG

Newcastle United hosted their first UEFA Champions League match in 20 years, the fans and more importantly, the players did not disappoint as they hammered Paris St-Germain 4-1. Not even Kylian Mbappe could save the French side from the onslaught of the Toon Army.

The English side was two goals up before the break through Miguel Almiron and Dan Burn.

Five minutes into the second half Sean Longstaff fired home the third goal before PSG pulled one back through Lucas Hernandez. Any hope of a remarkable comeback was extinguished when Fabian Schar put the icing on the cake with the fourth goal.
