After five round of matches in this season’s UEFA Champions League, it is getting clearer as to which club has already qualified for the round of 16, which club might later qualify or drop to the Europa League or which club is completely out of Europe this season.
In group E, Bayern Munich of Germany and Ajax of Netherlands are through to the round of 16. Benfica of Portugal have qualified for the Europa League while AEK Athens of Greece are eliminated.
Manchester City of England are the only team in group F that have qualified for the round of 16. Either Lyon of France or Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine will join the English side in the round of 16. Hoffenheim can only qualify for the Europa League.
In group G, Real Madrid of Spain and Roma of Italy have qualified for the round of 16. Plzen and CSKA Moscow will battle for the Europa spot.
Juventus and Manchester United have qualified the round of 16 from group H. Valencia of Spain will play in the Europa League while Young Boys are eliminated.

In group A, Borussia Dortmund will host Club Brugge while Athletico Madrid welcome Monaco.
PSV will battle Barcelona while tottenham Hotspurs will host Inter Milan in group B
Group C will see PSG host Liverpool while Red Star travel to Italy to clash with Napoli.
Lokomotiv Moscow will host Galatasaray while Porto host Schalke 04 in group D.
