German side Borussia Dortmund is in Belgium to take on Club Brugge at the Jan Bregdelstadion in a group A clash. This is the fifth time both sides are meeting. Their four previous meetings have been shared two victories each.
Dortmund will try to avoid last season’s disaster, where they could not win a single match at this stage of the competition.
Club Brugge are hoping to secure their first point in their seventh attempt.
In the group’s second match, UEFA Super Cup and Europa Cup winners, Atletico Madrid have already set France agog as the hit the city of Monaco for a date with AS Monaco.
Both sides have never met before in any UEFA organized competition.
