The Honourable Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Barr. Tony Nwamuo has felicitated with Hon. Chidi Nwankpa over the award of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) on him by University of Port-Harcourt at the 33rd convocation of the institution.
In a press release signed by the Honourable Commissioner and made available to newsmen, he hailed Hon. Nwankpa’s ingenuity and intellectual prowess, describing the feat as a major milestone.

Dr. Chidi Nwankpa, a Marketing Consultant and Member, Governing Council, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), was among the 1,028 Ph.D graduands of University of Port-Harcourt in their recent convocation.
Nwamuo urged Abians to continue to support Abia state Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu in his renewed efforts to reposition Abia for greatness.
