The National President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Dr. Chris Isiguzo, has congratulated Governor Alex Otti of Abia State on the recent landmark Supreme Court ruling upholding his election victory.
In a press statement made available to Newsmen, the NUJ President commended the Governor’s dedication to democratic principles.
He noted that the resilience and steadfast commitment displayed by Governor Otti throughout the legal battles at the Election Petition Tribunal, the Court of Appeal, which culminated in the Supreme Court ruling have not gone unnoticed.
Governor Otti’s victory, according to Dr. Isiguzo, is not only a personal triumph for Governor Alex Otti but also a testament to the trust and confidence bestowed upon him by the people of Abia State.
