Sheffield United interim manager, Paul Heckingbottom, has expresses pleasure at his team’s response in the second half of their 2-0 loss to Chelsea in the quarter final of the FA Cup.
Heckingbottom said, “I don’t think we started in the first half but we had a go second half and I was pleased with the response.
“I’m encouraged, it’s been another week of turmoil and adversity, the boys we have put out showed a fight and willingness.”
Recall that Chelsea qualified for the FA Cup semifinals in the expense of Sheffield United courtesy of Norwood 24th minute own goal and Hakim Ziyech’s stoppage time low strike.
