African champions, Algeria are fourth after moving up two places. The Atlas Lions are fifth in Africa and 39th in the world after moving up two places.
Egypt are sixth and 59th in the world after they failed to get any additional point this month.
Ghana, Cameroon, DR Congo and Cote d’Ivoire complete Africa’s top ten in that order.
