In a historic moment yesterday, the Ministry of Youth Development proudly unveiled the Rivers State Youth Policy Document, a game-changing blueprint for youth empowerment in the state.
Hon. Chisom Kenneth Gbali, Commissioner for Youth Development, received the document from the Stakeholders Democratic Network (SDN), a key technical partner. SDN’s Project Lead, Mr. Franklin Nelson, congratulated the ministry’s team, lauding the dedication that brought this project to life.
Hon. Gbali thanked SDN for their support, calling the ten-chapter policy a “compass” for youth progress in Rivers State. The document will soon be presented to Governor Sim Fubara.
