Remain steadfast in supporting pdp- Lady Oko Chukwu

The Wife of Abia state deputy governor, Lady Vivian Ude Oko Chukwu has urged the people of ukwa and Okwoko Nkporo in Ohafia local government to remain steadfast in their unflinching support to the state ruling Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP).

 Lady Oko Chukwu made the assertion during her visit to the two communities in company of her husband, Sir Ude Oko Chukwu said that the people of Nkporo have benefited immensely and will continue to benefit in the PDP led state government. She urged them to remain supportive of their son, the deputy governor who she said has attracted numerous appointment and projects to the Nkporo clan by ensuring that PDP Candidates were returned in the 2019 general elections.

The wife of the deputy governor told the people that they have no reason not to support PDP particularly now their own represent them in order not to allow outsiders to be the people that would represent them in government.

Also Speaking, Sir Ude Oko Chukwu said that his presence in the visit was born out of love him and his wife have for the people of Ukwa/Okwoko Nkporo and that they came to appreciate all the support that have been extended to them and the state government.

Sir Oko Chukwu said that he was highly delighted by the massive turn out of the people to received his wife and pledged to work more assiduously in attracting more appointment and projects to the areas.

 In their Speeches, the President General of Ukwa Nkporo, Dr. James Orji Ndukwe, former National President Nkporo Development Union, Chief Obasi Okpan, Madam Ada Jona Nnanna, Mr Ogbuji Ota Ogbuji, Mr. Egwuonwu Agwu, Madam Glory Nwankwo, and Councillor Representing Ndi – Agbo Ward, Prince Otuwe Kalu Orji, all thanked the deputy governor and wife for the visit and assured them of their continued support to the State number two man and his principal as well pledged to ensure the success of governor, his deputy and all PDP candidates come 2019 election.

The wife of the deputy governor later donated bags of rice, cartoons of spaghetti, umbrella among other items.
