The Management and staff of Rajj Global Associates, has condoled with the state Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu and the good people of Abia, over the death of the Commissioner for Environment, Dr Solomon Ogunji, who slept in the Lord after a brief illness.
In a statement signed by the Chief Executive Officer, Rajj Global Associates Nig. LTD, Mr Rajj Bernard, said the death of the Commissioner came as a rude shock to them and prayed God to grant the family of the deceased as well as the governor of the state, the fortitude to bear the loss, stressing that they should take solace in the fact that he died in active service.
While describing Dr Ogunji as an easy going fellow, who would not sleep until the task before him is accomplished, stated that the Commissioner was among the key players in ensuring that Abia was Covid 19 free, adding that his doggedness in the fight against the novel pandemic was highly commendable.
Mr Bernard, however, encouraged everyone, particularly the governor of the state who has been a friend to the late Commissioner for the past forty years and the people of Ndoki in Ukwa East, to draw hope from the fact that Dr Ogunji has gone to be with his maker.
Meanwhile, the business Mogul joined voice in calling on Abians to observe strictly all the laid down guidelines by the state government in containing the spread of the covid 19 pandemic, stressing that a high level of cooperation and discipline are needed, if the pandemic would be a thing of the past.
The Imo state born business man, further begged Abians for their continuous support to the State government, so that the state, can record meaningful development.
