Wales return to the World Cup after 64 years ended in a 1-1 draw with the United States of America.
The Americans dominated the first half and were rewarded in the 36th minute when Pulusic laid a perfect pass for Timothy Weah, son of Liberian president and former World and African Player of the Year, George Weah, to fire into the net.
After the break, the US took their feet of the pedal and allowed Wales to fight back and equalised through Gareth Bale’s 82nd minute penalty. It was Bale’s goal against Ukraine that brought Wales to Qatar and his goal has given them a point that may keep them at the World Cup beyond the group stages.
Wales will take on Iran on Friday while USA battle England the same day.
England lead group B with three points after their emphatic 6-2 victory over Iran.
