Prince Orji Urges Constituents to Embrace Voter Registration
The founder of Hope Alive Foundation and the Michael Vision Movement (MVM), Prince Michael Orji, has called on residents of Nkporo and Abiriba to take advantage of the ongoing voter registration exercise conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
In a statement personally signed and released by Prince Orji, he described voter registration as the “gateway to good governance,” urging all eligible voters to ensure they register and obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).
“Democracy works best when citizens actively participate in the process,” the Nkporo-born politician and philanthropist said. “The first step is to register and collect your PVC. Without it, you cannot vote, and without voting, you cannot determine who governs you.”
Prince Orji also appealed to community leaders, youth associations, and other stakeholders in the constituency to mobilise residents and encourage widespread participation in the ongoing registration exercise.
“Our future and the future of our children depend on the decisions we make at the ballot box,” he said. “I encourage everyone to take this civic duty seriously.”
Reaffirming his dedication to the community, Prince Orji pledged continued support for initiatives that will foster development and progress in the region.
The INEC continuous voter registration exercise is part of preparations for the upcoming general elections, and eligible Nigerians are encouraged to take part to strengthen democratic governance.
