Polls postponement: Rivers PDP campaign council speaks

People’s Democratic Party PDP campaign council in Rivers state has described the reason given by INEC for postponement of the election is childish and unacceptable.

Director of Information and Communication Council Emma Okah said the postponement of the election has justified the party’s claim that INEC and APC are not ready for free and fair election.

” we condemn it in very strong term and it confirms what we have said time without number that both the INEC and APC are not ready for credible, free and fair election in 2019. INEC is citing logistic reason. What a childish reason to cite. Does it mean that in the last 4 years they have not been preparing for this election? So Nigerians can not be taken for fool. The only explanation that we have is that the APC insanity that they are going to loose the election, so they have decided to use the instrument of the INEC which is under their control to twat the will of the people. Election have already been fixed, and I can assure you that the end of the road has come for the APC in this country” he stated.
