The Apex Court of Nigeria has Affirmed the Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti as the duly elected Governor of the March 18 Gubernatorial Election in the state.
The Court sitting in Abuja, Friday, 12th of January 2024, dismissed the appeal filed by the gubernatorial candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The supreme Court also Affirmed the election of the Governors of Lagos, Bauchi,Kano,Ebonyi, Zamfara and Plateau States.
