The tribunal panel sitting in Umuahia, Abia state between has adjourned the matter between Mao Ohuabunwa as petitioner against Orji Uzor Kalu as the first respondent to May 23.
The matter which was billed for pre-hearing could not continue as parties were still serving processes.
The panel however, frowned at the lapses and advised counsels to serve each other where necessary, noting that they have only 180 days in the tribunal.
