Otti Opens 2nd Aba Trade Fair, Reaffirms Economic Growth Drive

The 2nd Aba International Trade Fair has begun at the Aba Mega Mall in Osisioma. The Abia State Government used the event to restate its commitment to growing the state’s economy and improving the business environment. This year’s theme is “Sustaining the Momentum: Unlocking Abia’s Economic Potential.”

Speaking on behalf of Governor Alex Otti, the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Kenneth Kalu, said the government is committed to creating a business-friendly environment that encourages free trade, innovation, and business growth. He said the theme is appropriate because it supports the government’s ongoing reforms aimed at building investor confidence and creating more economic opportunities. He wished all exhibitors and visitors a successful fair.
