Former Rivers Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Hon. Tonye Onyide, has clinched the Action Peoples Party (APP) Chairmanship ticket ahead of the October 5th LGA elections.
Upon emerging as the consensus candidate, Onyide shared photos of herself and her supporters at the APP secretariat, where she completed other documentation processes.
