Ogu Launches SME Grant Scheme For ONELGA Women

Frontline candidate for the upcoming Local Government Elections in Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni LGA, Dr. Kingsley Ogu, has rolled out a cash grant scheme aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs in the area.

 

Speaking at the inauguration of the ONELGA chapter of Rivers Women Unite For Sim in Egbema on Monday, Dr. Ogu commended the convener, Hon. Sotonye Toby Fulton, and the group members for their prayers and support for the peace and prosperity of Rivers State. He emphasized that their efforts are paving the way for the leader of the state, Gov. Siminalayi Fubara’s success in the challenges ahead.

Dr. Ogu further pledged continued support and partnership with Rivers Women Unite For Sim, promising to ensure ONELGA women are fully engaged in all the group’s activities, should he emerge as the council boss.
