Super Falcons’ Michelle Alozie scored Houston Dash equalizer in their 1-1 draw with Kansas City Current in the National Soccer Women’s League in the United States of America. Alozie played the entire 90 minutes and scored in the 67th minute.
In the men’s category of the American Soccer League, Aliyu Ibrahim provided an assist as Huston Dynamo thrashed Real Salt Lake 3-0.
In the Championship in England Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi started as Leicester City defeated Rotherham United 2-1. Iheanacho provided the assist for the first goal scored by McAteer and was replaced by Vardy in the 59th minute. Ndidi played for 68 minutes before he was replaced by Casadei.
Femi Onyedimma was in action for Rotherham and scored their only goal in the 53rd minute.
In the Premier League, Calvin Bassey was sent off as his club Fulham played out a thrilling 2-2 draw at Arsenal.
Frank Onyeka played for the last 19 minutes as Brentford and Crystal Palace played out a 1-1 draw.
Ola Aina and Taiwo Awomiyi could not stop Nottingham Forest from losing 3-2 to Manchester United. Aina played for the entire match and was cautioned in the 62nd minute while Awoniyi played for 81 minutes and scored the first goal of the match in the second minute.
In the Italian Serie A, Ademola Lookman was cautioned in the 40th minute as his club Atalanta were beaten 2-1 by Frosinone and was replaced after the first half.

Samuel Chukwueze played the last 24 minutes in AC Milan 4-1 demolition of Torino at the Giuseppe Meazza.
Victor Osimhen converted a 16th minute penalty as Napoli defeated Sassuolo 2-0 at the Stadio Diego Amando Maradona in Naples.
In Germany, Kelvin Akpoguma played full time as Hoffenheim defeated their host, Heidenheim 2-3 in one of the week two matches of the German Bundesliga. Akpoguma was dogged in the defense no wonder he received a yellow card in the 40th minute.
Bayer Leverkusen went, saw and conquered Borussia Munchengladbach 3-0. Nigerian forward, Victor Boniface overcame a 16th minute yellow card to grab a brace in the 18th and 53rd minutes.
In Scotland, Nigerian duo of Cyril Dessers and Leon Balogun were in action for Rangers as they defeated Ross County 0-2.
